* We take sleep very seriously!  Our comfortable pillow-top bed is second to none; it's not a pull-down Murphy bed or pull-out couch.

* The spacious kitchen and dining area is more than perfect for small meals. Besides the usual, we offer an ice machine, nice cooking utensils, condiments and coffee!  The dining table doubles as a comfortable work table with fast Wi-fi and a smart tv.

* A lovely pine tree is the view with a park beyond. The large double pane windows have modern darkening shades for privacy and quietness; the windows slide open extra wide for a breeze. For your comfort, we provide a fan and humidifier. We have an extraordinarily quiet base board heater.

* We keep the condo as hypo-allergic as possible in consideration of our guests with allergies.  For twenty years we've been using two products from Eco Sense - one to clean followed by a sanitizing, disinfectant is made of tea tree oil. 

* The unit has some white plush rugs and white linen accents. Please note that no shoes, animals, smoking or vaping are allowed.
