There is a dining area and a cozy and comfortable living room. Outside the living area is a balcony with scenic views of Red Mountain.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. Lift One has a warm and welcoming lobby with a guest computer, free laundry facilities, a ski locker room with boot dryers, and a large grill in our courtyard for barbequing. PROS: - The location is perfect. Only a short walk (couple blocks) to everything in town and the base of the gondola. - The condo is very comfortable for 2. Older design/layout, but has everything you need. Nice fireplace, big couch, large TV, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable little patio. - Pool and hot tub area are great and immediately accessible. - Convenient laundry facilities in lobby. - Staff at LiftOne were all very kind and attentive. CONS - You really need new bed linens. I don't know how old those sheets are, but it seems like they're as old as the condo itself, which is a little unnerving. The fitted sheet doesn't even fit over the deep mattress. The pillows are terrible and I'm not sure why that comforter weighs 100 pounds. Just threw it in the corner (sorry if it dented the wall when I did that). Small fix to a nightly problem. - Lobby said there was a fan in the unit, but I couldn't find one, so that needs to be addressed. - Parking can be difficult on busy weekends. The LiftOne lot is very small (maybe 15 vehicles), and the street parking fills up as the afternoons progress. They'll give you a street parking pass, but if you come back late in the evening, good luck being within a few blocks of the building.

This condo is ideally located for exploring the town of Aspen--close to restaurants, parks, ski lifts, and transportation center. It also has free parking. The on-site manager was welcoming, courteous, and helpful. Although the decor was dated, the unit was well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great property within walking distance to downtown Aspen. It was as billed with a great fireplace and comfortable amenities. I was surprised that they had daily cleaning service. Unusual for VRBO properties. It was a good value for off season as we enjoyed the local hikes and towns.

Cozy, clean spot walkable to the heart of Aspen

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay. The property was very clean and the perfect amount of space for a couple. The kitchen was well equipped for a simple home cooked meal. Being able to walk to the main area of Aspen was a huge plus. This was the perfect home base for a few days of hiking in the mountains. We would definitely stay again.

First time in Aspen

The condo was very nice. Highlights are that it is centrally located, near parks, shopping/dining/cafes and hiking all within walking distance. Kitchen, living room and patio were perfect. Awesome views just outside the front door with the autumn colors. Parking was very convenient —never had any trouble finding a space. Elevator to the third floor is very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this property and this unit

Best location - walk to lifts, restaurants, shopping, bus to other mountains. Unit was great- exactly as it appears in photos. I've stayed in many Aspen rental condos/homes and this is the best for location and property amenities (hot tub/pool/laundry/daily janitorial/on site management). I will be returning to this property this summer for a golf weekend.
