Loved this place!

Ruben and Cam at the front desk went out of their way to make us feel welcome! We were leaving earlier than breakfast hours, and Cam made us a breakfast platter the eat before that we took to our room. It was so thoughtful since we had no idea where to get breakfast at the early hour of our departure! The room was comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub after a few days of hiking. Vacasa made this process sooooo easy! Will absolutely come back!

Relatively inexpensive, clean, but dated unit

The room was a good price for the area. There was an extensive continental breakfast available downstairs. The building was pretty quiet, but the walls were thin. The room was very clean, but the decor and furniture were from the 1980s. This and worn carpet.

Great location and friendly staff!

Amazing location. Just a 7 minute walk to the heart of Aspen! Reuben was just simply AMAZING. It is so hard to find customer service like that. He was excellent, very personable, thoughtful, explained everything about the room and property in detail and very thoroughly. I had an issue when booking online and he didn't hesitate to jump on and help me with the reservation over the phone. He even allowed us to do an early check in, which helped us a lot. As great of customer service as it can get! thank you so much Reuben for all you do.
