Additional features include three guest suites, each with a king size bed, fireplace, flatscreen TV, and luxurious, attached bathroom, air conditioning, a washer/dryer closet, and underground parking. Unique to this residence are two private, outdoor hot tubs and a terrace off each bedroom.

Guests will savor mountain and pool views from the terraces, as well as the convenience of being an easy walk from the Silver Queen gondola and Aspen dining and shopping. Amenities such as an outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, fire pits, an on-site equipment rental shop, valet service (vehicle and ski), a business center, and shuttle service are also available.
