    Completely renovated, the house is equipped with
    quality and can accommodate 12 people.
    The 180 m2 are distributed as follows:
    an open-plan kitchen open to a dining room and a large living room. The common areas offer a breathtaking view of the Bay. On the same level, a
    bath, two bedrooms (2x140) including one bedroom with
    private bathroom.
    Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1x140- 1x140 -2x90-
    2x90 bunk) and bathroom.

Luxury villa with shortcomings

Lovely property very well equipped FOR 8, not enough seating etc for 12. Big TV although DVD did not link to TV and no WI-FI. Right next to sea with fun pool. Good outdoor facilities but no loungers as shown in ad. Disappointed to be asked for 1000 euro security deposit with no prior warning. Information on area was very poor. The welcome was limited by the difficulty in understanding the liaison.

C'est la seconde année que nous séjournons dans cette magnifique villa, vue a couper le souffle, emplacement idéal, nombreux couchages, établissement propre.Nous avons cependant été déçus par la non prise en charge des dysfonctionnements de l'année passée... (Terasse vieillissante, volets cassés) Compte tenu du standing de la maison nous aurions appréciés des évolutions positives.

Oui très belle maison grand et charmante de belles chambres très calme avec vue sur mer mais petit bémol la terrasse de la piscine et AH les larmes trou larmes relevé faire attention vise qui dépasse mon petit fils c'est fait mal au pied sur une vise et un autre à culbute sur une larme la piscine ok mais il faut refaire tous la terrasse (peux être dangereux) à part ceux problème belles maisons et accueil très sympa

Merveilleux

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine dans cette maison a l'emplacement exceptionnel. Vue à couper le souffle, balades a portées de main avec le GR et mer a deux pas... Tout était presque parfait. En ce qui concerne la maison la pièce de vie et les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine fonctionnelle (nous étions 5 adultes et 7 enfants). Petit bémol sur quelques détails mais compte tenu du standing du reste, m'ont un peu embêtés : joint douche d'une des salles de bain sont très sales, partère arrachée derrière la porte d'une chambre, rideau qui ne fait pas la longueur de la fenêtre et donc occultation approximative.... Nous relouerons cette maison sans hésitation.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons pu profiter de la maison et de la piscine en toute tranquillité sans se sentir serré. La vue est très appréciable. La maison est très bien équipée en vaisselle et électroménager adaptés pour les grandes tablées. Drive à Herbignac très bien avec plateau de fruits de mer ! Situation exceptionnelle mais équipements à rafraîchir !

Nous étions 5 couples d’amis venus fêter ensemble le passage à la nouvelle année. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, facilité par une pièce de vie spacieuse face à l’océan. Cependant, les équipements (fauteuils, canapés, lits, vaisselle…) ne sont pas à la hauteur de la maison et de sa situation. D’autre part, il serait souhaitable que les photos du site montrent plus précisément le nombre et les équipements des chambres. En particulier, il faudrait préciser qu’un des lits en 140 se trouve en hauteur sans protection, peu adapté à un couple d’adultes.

Le bonheur à Assérac

Villa juste parfaite pour un groupe de 12 adultes nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin. Un léger bémol sur les matelas des lits individuels mais la literie devrait se changer prochainement. Hôte d accueil adorable et très à l écoute de nos besoins. Nous pensons relouer prochainement cette villa !

La maison est idéalement placée, la vue est magnifique. Le salon est très confortable, la cuisine fonctionnelle même pour un grand groupe. La piscine chauffée est très agréable ainsi que la terrasse.

Great house with fantastic views out over the bay. A huge beach was infront of the house but sadly we weren’t able to use it some days because the red flag was flying… water pollution apparently! Luckily we had a great little pool at the house which the children loved! A lovely holiday despite the inconsistent weather!

Amazing location, view to die for and hours of fun in the pool!

What an amazing location! The view across the bay and the rows of muscle fields, especially at sunset was outstanding. The pool gave our young children hours of fun and there was plenty of exploring to be done in the nearby area. The house was ample size for two families and grandparents. The living space and kitchen were pretty good. A few aspects that were a little tired and could do with a little TLC but generally in a good state. I wish we had clarified that the property did not come with towels and bedding but that's my error for not clarifying before arrival. I have marked down the cleanliness as those that stayed in the raised bunk bed on the first floor did gets nits from the bed! In summary, a few aspects where the owner could improve the property as it is starting to look a bit tired but this does not detract from the amazing time we had eating delicious meals overlooking the fantastic views and enjoying the lovely pool. I would definitely go back.

Une maison avec une jolie vue

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison, surtout grâce à la jolie vue depuis la pièce de vie. Le beau temps n’a malheureusement pas été au rendez-vous donc nous n’avons pas pu beaucoup profité de la piscine, seulement une seule baignade et très fraîche car elle est chauffée certes mais que à 25 donc un peu froid tout de même… Les salles de bain sont propres et agréables par contre la literie est assez inégale selon les chambres. L’accès direct à la plage est condamné mais celle ci n’est pas loin du tout. Le plan d’eau est idéal pour faire de la voile ou du kite mais de ce qu’on a pu voir, peu propice à la baignade.

Très belle maison et agréable

Très belle maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous étions 3 couples : 12 personnes (6 adultes et 6 enfants dont 1 de 2 mois) et chacun a eu son espace. La maison est suffisamment grande et les rangements nombreux. Les gros plus de cette maison: la piscine dont tout le monde a bien profité et la vue sur la mer, qui nous invite à déconnecter. Le seul bémol est le matériel de cuisine parfois usagé et la vaisselle pas toujours propre.

Très bon week-end

L'accueil fût chaleureux et sympathique. Très disponible en cas de besoin. La vue est imprenable et super! Moment de détente assuré Les seuls "petits" bémols sont que la piscine n'était pas beaucoup chauffé (25° glagla) et le barbecue la grille n'était pas adapté pour se bloquer dessus mais nous nous sommes débrouillé quand même ;) Nous recommandons ++ et reviendrons avec plaisir

Beautiful Views Overlooking the Bay

We had an excellent week at the property, which exceeded our expectations, the photo's may not do it justice. We were three families of three people and there was loads of space for everyone to exist together and not feel like you were on top of each other, with lots of downstairs entertaining space both inside and out. The kids barely left the pool unless it was enforced by parents for trips out. The south Brittany coastline down towards St Nazaire is lovely and worth a drive out to visit some of the local seaside towns for a wander and lunch. The property itself is in a quiet hamlet and fronts onto the beach with views across the bay where they grow and harvest mussels for local consumption. Beach access is 20yards down the road and there are watersports activities available when the conditions are right. The bay is tidal and when the tide goes out it does so for about 1km but it also means when the tide is in it is extremely safe for children as the bottom is flat. There are also lots of cycling/walking options on well marked and safe routes. In the immediate vicinity there is a campsite which has a small shop for emergency provisions and a restaurant which is far better than it looks, otherwise shops and restaurants are a drive away. My recommendation would be to drive out somewhere for lunch and BBQ in the evening watching the sunset over the bay!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus Ende Juli/Anfang August 2020 mit 2 Familien, 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Es liegt wirklich direkt am Strand, nur ein kleiner Naturschutzstreifen trennt das Haus vom Meer. Wellen hat der Atlantik dort wenig wegen der Bucht, so dass der Strand ideal für Kinder ist. Diese lieben aber auch den kleinen Pool. Die Tide ist sehr stark. Das Meer zieht sich bei Ebbe um fast 3 km zurück. Auch bei Flut ist das Wasser nicht richtig tief (ca. 1,60), daher ist der Strand sehr beliebt bei Kitesurfern. Der kleine Ort besteht aus ein paar Häusern und 2 Campingplätzen. Es ist aber nie voll. 100 Meter vom Haus gibt es ein gutes Strand Restaurant, was aber auch Abends geöffnet ist. Einkaufen muss man mit dem Auto, ca. 5-10 km in Pénestin oder Herberac. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und zweckdienlich/gut eingerichtet. Nur die KüchenEinrichtung (Töpfe, Pfannen, Messer etc.) könnte etwas besser sein. Achtung: das Haus hat kein WLAN und auch der Handyempfang (LTE) schwankt stark innerhalb des Tages, mal sehr gut, mal geht gar nichts. Insgesamt hat es uns allen wirklich gut gefallen in Aserac und das Heimfahren ist uns schwer gefallen.

Un séjour très agréable

Nous nous sommes retrouvés entre amis, avec enfants, dans cette villa face à la mer, où nous avons passé un très bon moment. La maison est spacieuse et bien organisée, vraiment agréable.
