" This is a beautiful property in a lovely little town. It was nice to be away from the bigger city and Panos made us feel special and right at home. He upgraded us to the nicest suite and is a wonderful host. The breakfast was made fresh and delivered to us each morning, it was delicious and full of Greek specialities. This is a true gem of a place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Kefalonia."

Fabulous location in Asos, comfortable, quiet, with usable balconies whatever the time of day or evening.Nice little touches - toiletries in both shower rooms, welcome basket, good towels. Don't go expecting super-fast wifi - you're in Greece! Absolutely recommended place to stay in Asos."

"We had an amazing stay at Leo’s Lounge. Right on the water with only 7 steps from our door to be swimming in the beautiful sea. Our accommodation was lovely and we had everything we needed for a great stay on Assos. Thought and care has gone into the design and function of Leo’s Lounge. We had the pleasure of meeting owner, Nick, and enjoyed one of the best meals of our lives at 3 Wise Monkeys, a restaurant he owns and operates. Highly recommend. "

"We very much liked the location of Dafni and the rustic style of the property. Unfortunately, there were a few minor domestic issues which reduced our options and overall enjoyment while staying at the property. One of the glasses was chipped on the rim and could have caused a laceration to the mouth had I not noticed it. The inside of the mugs were quite discoloured and made us feel reluctant to use them. The induction hob was on lock mode and was difficult for us to work out how to unlock it. The TV channels had to be re-configured which took the technicians a good 30 minutes to resolve when they visited the following day. The dishwasher never worked. We reported it on Wednesday 10/09/25, but no-one arrived to repair it by the time we left on Sunday 14/09/25. There was only one toilet roll in the shower room and en-suite, no kitchen rolls and the tea towel had a hole in it. While we were most grateful for the complimentary foodstuffs left for us, the bread which had been left on top of the work surface in the kitchen area was covered in ants. The ants were crawling all over the work surface. The housekeeper visited midweek - and at our request left more toilet rolls but informed us we had to buy our own kitchen towels. She did not change the bedlinen in both bedrooms but we were pleased she issued fresh towels.The pool, outdoor area and views were amazing. It was a very peaceful area to be in. "The property was great and the location amazing. We used the pool every day and there were lots of beautiful beaches to visit as well as the towns of Assos and Fiskardo. There were 5 people in our group but the extra bed provided was completely unsuitable for an adult which resulted in my 20 year old son having to sleep on a couch with was too short for him. The mattresses on the beds were also very hard and uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep on them. All these things would be easily sorted with a bit of investment. "

"The property was on a lovely hill. The views were breathtaking. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked very well. The pool was perfect to cool off and just look at the views. Billy goats show up every morning on the hill (there is a fence so they are not on the property). Short walk to the main area of Asos which was a cute little town, restaurants, beach (water so clear) . I would highly recommend Villa Vivere to anyone coming to the area. "

"Although a small apartment kitchen/dining, shower room and bedroom. Good balcony overlooking pool and out to see with uninterrupted views of those magnificent sunsets. You do need to hire a car. Although limited utensils we could make our own breakfast. Although there is breakfast available at 15€ pp. Plenty of places to eat locally all drivable. "
