"We loved Desiree. She is sweet and a hustler. We saw her bring drinks, check people in, bring towels to the spa, and she also helped housekeeping with setup. We would stay here a hundred more times. Relax and retreat here!"

"We were able to get a ground floor room and they accommodated us for our pet and the view was breathtaking... But the bed... That's the reason we missed breakfast because we wanted to keep sleepin'. It was so comfortable."

"A unique hotel in a great location! We had a queen suite which was a nice size for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent shower and towels. The stairs to the lobby can be challenging if you have mobility problems. We parked on the street for free overnight. I highly recommend the Norblad."
