"My wife and I enjoy the occasional weekend getaway down to the Oregon coast. We regularly stay here when we do. We’ve always managed to get a room with a river view. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are always clean, with luxurious bedding and soft, fresh towels. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here!!"

"Very pleasant large, King room with panoramic view of the Columbia River. Nice breakfast though it could have used some bacon & some fresh fruit. Everything was nice and bright & clean. Friendly staff that made folks feel welcome. "

"This hotel had so many nice touches for guests. Real glass coffee cups other than paper ones. Same for the water glasses. A black hand towel for makeup removal. Comfy Terry robes in the bathroom. A variety of coffee for the Keurig in your room. Another nice touch is warm clam chowder available in the afternoon followed by a freshly baked cookie. The staff was wonderful!"

"Adorable retro hotel, i would recommend you stay here if you love a homey character vibe :) excellent customer service from the staff. worked with us patiently as our travel time was delayed. felt safe and cozy. loved astoria and this hotel is wonderful!!! also the goonies house is only 6 minutes from here!
