"大人数＆大型犬がいても快適に過ごせる広さで清掃も行き届いており、とても大満足です！大きなスクリーンもとてもよかったです。ワンちゃん用のアメニティーもとても充実していて困ることがありませんでした。荷物が多かったので、入口の階段が急だったことが唯一大変だったくらいです。雨だったため、チェックインを少し早めていただきたいと連絡したところ快諾いただきました。本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。またぜひ利用したいです！"

"４家族、13人で利用しました。とても楽しい時間が過ごせました。ただ、ジャグジーが故障していたこと(子供が楽しみにしてました)、Wi-Fiがほとんど繋がらなかったこと(圏外なのでWi-Fi頼みでした)、圏外なので何度も電話をかけ直し、チェックインに30分弱を要したことは次回利用するまでには改善して欲しいです。"

"レビュー書かせていただきます。期待以上でした。熱海の花火が見えるとありましたのですが、どうせ遠くだろうと思っていましたが、家族でバルコニーでしっかりとみられる距離だったのはとても嬉しかったです。また朝日が登るのもとても綺麗で、とても満足いたしました。立地は車で行かないとかなり厳しく、車で行っても山道に慣れてないと怖いですが、これだけのロケーションを求めるなら当然かなと思います。買い出しは近くのマックスバリューに行きがちですが、伊東のドンキの方が全然いいと思います。コロナ禍で貸別荘をメインに旅行してますが、コスパも考えるとかなりの上位にランクインです。お風呂が温泉が出るのも良く、何回も入りました！"

La Vista Atami Terrace

10/10 Excellent

"La Vista Atami is an absolutely stunning hotel where no detail has been overlooked. The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and offers a peaceful atmosphere throughout. The public indoor and outdoor baths are spectacular and the private baths and spa facilities provide the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. The hotel is ideally located directly opposite Sun Beach, offering beautiful views and easy access to the waterfront. Despite being situated on a hill, the hotel is very accessible thanks to its convenient slope lift, which provides easy access to the beach, local restaurants and nearby shops. The buffet breakfast and dinner were exceptional, offering a wonderful selection of both Japanese and Western dishes to suit all tastes. Overall, La Vista Atami exceeded our expectations and provided a luxurious and memorable stay. We would not hesitate to return."

"rooms were super clean, great view of mt fuji. breakfast was great and organised.located just outside jr nishima station, but not accessible easily from the shinkasen station. no connection or short cut but to do a 15min walk to the hotel. this would give the hotel better accessibility for guest coming in by shinkansen"

"Perhaps the best hotel we have ever visited. The personal onsen baths are amazing with a magnificent view of the bay. The room itself was expansive and beautiful. All drinks in the fridge are free. Breakfast is excellent . The staff is A+++ and very accommodating. The happy hour with free unlimited drinks is a nice perk. One caveat— checkin starts at 3 p.m. and not a minute sooner."
