Loud talking between 10 pm -1 pm and a person who was directly above me was active and noisy until 1:30 am. Pure idiocy and I wish the management could kick out such people ...

The Fujiya Hotel
We had the loveliest Japanese style breakfast, the grounds are gorgeous, and the hotel is so majestic. We used the Ibsen and sauna as well. Awesome! We will definitely will come back.

YuYu Hakone - Private Open Air Onsen Usage Guaranteed
The staff was friendly and the breakfast beautifully presented and delicious. The bed linens were old and there was a moldy smell in the main rooms. The toilet seat functions were intermittent and the heater was loud so that we had to turn it off. The property could use some updating.
