"Stayed in December during our visit to Pairi Daiza and Brugge. We stayed in a clean, spacious room and if you didn’t get it cleaned for a day you’d get a bar voucher. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. We got to breakfast quite late in the morning so lots of the food had run out. Managed to catch the smoked salmon on one out of the two days. There’s a do it yourself egg station for boiling eggs which I thought was quite cute, but you must keep an eye on your egg so no one nabs it lol! The restaurant is closed on Sunday, but we ate there on the Saturday evening. The server was very unfriendly and you could tell he didn’t want to be there. The food was ok, no complaints. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, but we would stay again if en route somewhere. "
