"This hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However the property itself could use a little care. In our room the walls had paint coming off, it seemed really outdated and the outlet on the clock side of the bed didn't work, which means we didn't have a working lamp or the outlet that was on that lamp."

"Front desk host was very warm and cheerful when we arrived. The breakfast was also amazing! 5 stars for the staff and food! The cleanliness of the room/hallway could use some improvement. We were on the first floor and the carpet by the exit smelled like either garbage or wet stinky dog. It improved a bit by the morning. The room itself was pretty clean except the floor had some stains on the carpet and the edge of the shower had mold outside and in the corner. Fix those things and this would have been the best hotel we stayed at in a while."

"The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the first and second elevators were out of order, leaving all guests to use a single back elevator or fire stairwell. This was the weekend of a convention, a wedding, and a statewide little league tournament. Also despite paying extra for breakfast with my reservation, I was told at check in that the breakfast buffet would be an extra $12/person per meal. The website stated the breakfast buffet was included as part of the stay but this was not the case and I would have had to pay an extra $36 on top of the extra $36 I paid with the reservation to have breakfast for that weekend. I wish this had been made clearer before we checked in and that breakfast was available to all guests instead of being an additional or double charge."
