"This was the second time staying at College Town. It is a great location and very convenient to downtown and stadium. A short Uber ride!! Also super convenient to Publix (for groceries) and Dunkin Donuts (for breakfast and coffee). The unit was very neat and clean. We stayed on a football weekend and the only drawback was loud music playing next door the night of the game. It was really loud from 1:30-3:00 am. But I expect that in a college town on game day. We really like this unit and would definitely stay again. "
"I rented the Bulldog Farmhouse for a three week stay in June. One of the best "perks" of the property location was the Sweetie Pie by Savvie bakery that was literally next door. There is a Kroger, Publix, Aldi and Dollar Tree all within walking distance. Less than a mile from the property with sidewalks if you are so inclined. The farmhouse is over 100 years old, but it is equipped with all the latest conveniences. I particularly enjoyed the front porch with the rocking chairs and the back yard sitting area with fire pit. Although in June, we never lit a fire. The grill is a good quality model with multiple burners.The interior is nicely decorated and very clean. The Internet is very fast and there is a Mesh network setup to provide solid connectivity across the entire house. The management company were highly responsive to all of my requests. Staying for three weeks, I requested some additional supplies and they responded to all of my request immediately.The only cons I might mention are the outdoor lawns might need more attention during summer months when it is rainy. We played a number of outdoor yard games on this visit and mowing every two weeks was really not enough. As other reviewers have mentioned, the King room and Twin/Queen rooms are a bit warm in the evening, even with the AC set to 70 degrees. Portable fans would be a good upgrade.Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I will definitely stay here again on future visits to Athens."

"We rented the house for UGA graduation weekend for our daughter. House had plenty of rooms and accessories to make our stay confortable. The house is close to UGA and stores and restaurants. The property owners were quick to respond to questions and made us feel welcome. "
