Welcome to your private 5 Points neighborhood retreat. 5 Points Oasis is a beautifully appointed, spacious 4900sqFt, 4+BR, 3/2 bath home that blends luxury, comfort, convenience & privacy on a wooded 1.6acre lot -- ideally located just minutes from:
The Birchmore Trail (0.1mi), Five Points intersection (0.5mi), UGA (1.2mi), Foley Field 1.2mi), Stegeman Coliseum (1.2mi), Beechwood (1.2mi), Sanford Stadium (1.8mi), & Downtown (2.4mi).
The space
Main Floor Features:
Primary Suite: King bed, luxury bath, custom closet, TV.
Guest Suites: Two private Queen bedrooms connected by Jack & Jill bathroom on opposite side of house.
Extra Sleeping: Sunroom with Full Sleeper Sofa.
Kitchen: Chef's eat-in kitchen with center island, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and TV.
Living Room: Comfortable space with large screen TV.
Lower-Level Suite:
King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, 1.5 baths, den with large screen TV, full kitchen, laundry, and direct access to rear patio and lawn.
Outdoor Living & Parking:
Enjoy gazebo and deck off the garage for entertaining and grilling. Ample onsite parking for 6 cars.
