This penthouse apartment is located on the elegant Athenian neighborhood of Kolonaki on the 7th floor of a beautiful building from the 50's. Recently renovated this modern space is fully equipped with every amenity to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The interior is airy and atmospheric creating the perfect hideout for you. The exterior offers mesmerizing cityscape with views of the Acropolis and the Lycabettus hill, the best place to start or end your days while exploring Athens! The 60 square meters interior, has a simple yet sophisticated design. There are big openings that allow the sunlight to create an inspiring atmosphere while the access to the private terrace becomes easy. Although the building is literally located in the heart of Athens, the apartment is quite and tranquil. You will find everything that will make you feel like home away from home. The exterior is an all around balcony with a small terrace. The views are magnificent and the lounge area is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night.

Perfect stay in Athens

We had a great time here during our week in Athens. The WiFi was fast, the AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, apartment was quiet, and it is very central only ten minutes from Symtagma. The views from the apartment were amazing and the nice features like a full refrigerator and a clothes washing machine were a big plus. I look forward to staying here again my next time in Athens.

Great spot but not as advertised

Apartment run down. Add said newly renovated. It’s not. Curtains falling down paid ex yea for 1 towel charged extra environmental fee no soap shampoo as advertised cupboard doors falling off

Spectacular view in great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the wonderful view of the Acropolis and Mt. Lycabettos from the balcony. The neighborhood was also great: lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, stores, museums. The apartment itself has all the necessary appliances, but could use more and more comfortable seating. We had some difficulties communicating with the owner. who was only available in weekdays from 9:30 to 4:30. Some communications got lost over the weekends. Overall, however. A good experience for a short stay.
