I can honestly say everything within the hotel including staff was more than welcoming. Everything that we needed help with they were more than accommodating and looked out for our personal needs. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and delightful with every question or concern. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Athens. Great place to stay !

The location was perfect. Easy walk to Plaka for dining & shopping, easy walk to Acropolis & museum. Staff were so helpful and arranged transportation for us from port to hotel & from hotel to airport. Rooms were lovely, quiet, spacious & clean. Lovely property. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at the Ava. It did not disappoint. We arrived early - offered water and orange juice (this orange juice is fresh pressed and delicious). The hotel is just a few hundred feet from many excellent restaurants with outdoor seating and great service.
