This cosy, well-equipped home offers two full bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with all the modern comforts you need — making it ideal for couples, families, or business travelers seeking a relaxed base not far from Athens’ seaside and cultural highlights.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, giving you easy access without climbing stairs. Inside you'll find a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and sliding-door access to a balcony overlooking a leafy, quiet street. The open, fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils, glassware, cutlery and plates — plus a large dining table for six. A washing machine is also available. The main bedroom features a double bed (1.60 × 2.00), while the second bedroom includes two single beds that can be joined to form a double, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for guests. Check in process was very easy and the picture's provided made it very straightforward. The location is great and the appartment is very well maintained. It was going to be nicer if the 2nd bedroom had an AC as it gets very hot and the fan doesn't do anything. Parking is a bit challenging too but overall positive experience
