Just returned from a week stay. We had a lovely, freshly remodeled room facing the Acropolis. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Cleaned daily and promptly. We enjoyed getting up for breakfast daily. We enjoyed the variety of fresh food daily. Coffee made to order, a favorite of ours.

Staff was helpful, room was clean though not spotless as we found out a lot of dust under when we moved our single beds further apart. The revolving desk chair could be better quality and with wheels. When I lifted the chair the seat just came off the stand. The room size and the overall layout of the room was great with separate seating area. The lobby had a great feel too with live music.

Great breakfast. Awesome high end restaurant on top floor plus a good one on the main floor. Reasonably close to bus tour pickup point. Close to tram that takes you to central city. Bit of a walk to the metro but one can take the tram to the metro. Surrounding area is run down but felt safe walking through it.

The staff was exceptional, especially at the Premiere rooftop restaurant and blue couch lounge in the lobby. Their breakfast buffet is pricey, but amazing. The bathroom is large with plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

The Hotel is a great catch for quiet time in Athens, not the best suited for shopping, but the area is very nice and quiet. accessible only by car, not walkable but the Hotel amenities are really good, the rooms after the renovation are spacious and modern Love the place

Excellent hotel in Athens

The room was very clean and we had a nice little living room area to hang out. It was hot when we were there and our room stayed very cool the entire time. the bathroom was a little outdated but everything else about this place was amazing. The most comfortable bed and the restaurant with the rooftop view of Acropolis was excellent. Anytime I go to Athens I will want to stay here!

The hotel was very clean and well-staffed, with a private check in for those staying in rooms with lounge access. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in the lounge, when breakfast, afternoon tea and snacks/drinks served in the evening. A relaxed atmosphere with attentive service. The room was recently refurbished, an excellent size and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the turn down service a classy touch that has been mostly forgotten in modern hotels. The only gripe is an Intercontinental hotels policy that restricts TV volume to a barely audible '20' that required subtitles to understand what was being said. There appears no way to change that but when the air conditioning unit is on, it's inaudible. A very enjoyable stay and a hotel I'd return to.

Grand lobby. Amazing employees. Wonderful breakfast. Spacious rooms. Outdated and dingy looking carpets and baseboards in the hallways of the rooms. Convenient location. Would come back.
