Regarding the spilling water it is due to the architecture of the building and we also have bath mats you could use.All of our rooms include coffee machines with capsules and 2 bottles of water as a complimentary.Furthermore, the towels and the bathrobes are washed meticulously every after use.We hope that in the future we could have the chance to welcome you again in our establishment. Dear Mr Nikolaou, To start with, we would like to inform you that we always take into consideration our guests’ comments and we try to meet their expectations and respect their privacy. Regarding your non - refundable reservation please note: You booked for a double standard room through Expedia. Upon your arrival, we were notified that you checked-in 3 people in total. According to the hotel’s article of association all our rooms are named as Double. So more than 2 people are not allowed to be accommodated. And if so, the extra person has to be charged. Immediately after your arrival, as per the last telecom we had, you were informed that you had to reserve and pay for a second room at the price of 87 euros. The front desk employee came to the room and gave you the room card, the registration and the covid declaration in order to fill them out. We have been waiting for your feedback more than half an hour. When we tried to come in contact with you, we realized that you had already left without us to be notified. As per your complaint for the bathroom leaking, all our rooms are checked every day by the morning and night shift and no complaints have been made on this issue. You did not ask for another room as you wrote. We could have found a solution. In any case, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Athens 1890 Hotel & Spa.

As per the wifi and the room key service, please be informed that these days the whole area had a constant electricity cut off for days, thus our room card and wifi system could not support the operation with a weak electricity power.
