Athens 360° Penthouse, panoramic city center view

Athens 360 Penthouse is unique for center of Athens. It is the penthouse of one of the four tall beautiful buildings that the center of Athens has, with a panoramic view from the patio and the private terrace above. The penthouse is 260m2, in excellent condition, renovated two years ago . It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The place has a well designed and furnished interior with paintings and decorative objects. It has all the amenities you might need, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV etc.
It is in the city center, not in the touristic/noisy area, 5 min walking distance from the metro station three stops away from the Parliament .
In short it has it all for a relaxing, exclusive time. It is not hotel or a place to want to rush out. It is a place to stay, enjoy and spend time with the family or with friends in the full of light living room or the big veranda overseeing the city and the mountains or at the terrace, enjoying the panoramic view. It is a real relaxation vacation home, although in the center of Athens.
As a result, our home fits perfectly to upscale couples, to families or to friends of 3-9 people that want to share time together.
You’ll love the view, privacy, abundant light,, peaceful feeling while being in the center.

Great place to stay in Athens

This was a wonderful place for us to stay in Athens. We were a group of 8 friends traveling together and the penthouse was so spacious and comfortable, and ideally located just a couple blocks from the metro. I would stay there again, the host is very gracious and helpful.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Athens 360 Penthouse! We recommend it to anyone who will be visiting Athens. It's spacious, quiet, in a great location and has amazing views of the city. The host was wonderful - prompt, friendly, helpful - and treated us like family.

Great Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Host was very thorough showing us around apartment and giving us suggestions of places to eat and things to do. Quiet neighborhood, views were fantastic as was the farmers market on Saturday.

Perfect Athens Rental

Wonderful accommodations for our group of 6. Very spacious with great views. Dimitris is a great host, check in was easy and he provided us with great tips on sightseeing and dining. Highly recommend this property.

A phenomenal way to experience Athens!

Great base to explore from

The apartment was a spacious, well appointed and relaxing base for our days in Athens. Convenient location for the metro. Dmitris was a great host, taking time to show us around and his recommendations for places to go and restaurants were all wonderful. He organized airport and ferry transfers for all six of us in very comfortable vans that made everything very smooth. Highly recommended.

The Manager of the listing arranged van service, stayed in contact through delayed arrival, owner personally greeted us at 11pm to the property after extended delays to property, walked us through the amazing home explaining things!! Convenient Location, Wonderful Host

Dimitris was a wonderful host. He ensured we had transportation from the airport and then again to the airport on our departure day. Great stay in Athens

Location is excellent and close to metro station. Very spacious and well furnished. Only minor inconvenience, temperature in the master bedroom never got to a comfortable level, but it was unusually warm in Athens that time. Dimitris was kind enough to arrange the transportation from the airport, the driver was extremely rude.

If you are looking for a spacious home, this is a great option. It is located in a quieter area, a 5 minute walk to the subway. The home is fully equipped and the communication from the owner was great!! He was very helpful giving us tips for the area and arranged transfer for us to the airport which was greatly appreciated. We loved the outdoor terrace and view!!! Thank you Dimitris :)

Spectacularly huge penthouse!

Gorgeous views from all the decks, fully appointed with anything you’ll need and short walk to restaurants and grocery. Central Athens locations so short cab ride to anything. Dimitris is a sweetheart and makes sure you have all the help you’re need to go anywhere or find anything. Hands down the most spacious place we’ve stayed in Europe! Thank you for so much kindness

Superb stay in an authentic area of town---live like the locals

We just returned from a lovely stay at the Penthouse. Spent each evening on the fabulous balcony, soaking in the area. Explored the shops the locals shop at in the neighborhood. Short distance to the metro. Lots of space for everyone to spread out in the unit and Dimitris is a very helpful host. He booked our return trip to the airport and was very welcoming. I would alsolutely recommend this rental and we hope to stay again sometime soon. In fact, my cousin and her friends will be staying in the near future.

Great place to stay with an amazing host!

The Athens 360 penthouse was perfect for our trip! My husband and I, brother and his wife and two Moms all had our own space. It was a quick walk to restaurants and mini marts and the subway. We had some travel issues and the host was so accommodating. He took away some of our stress by arranging rides from the airport, and to the port when it was time to board our cruise. He also provided valuable info. If you want a spacious rental with easy access to public transportation and a responsive host this is it!
