The hotel has an outstanding view of the Acropolis from room 509. It's across the street to Monastriaki Square and Metro station. We booked a Junior suite with Acropolis view and it was very nice with modern fixtures and a sofa. The square below can get a little noisy with music in the evenings but window closing took care of most of the noise. We enjoyed our stay and will look forward to returning on another trip to Athens.

hotel is well located , 2 mins walk from Monstraiki metro station. Tonnes of food options and shopping around the area. Hotel staff are friendly with 24 hr support. only downside is the noise level.. since the hotel located on a busy intersection , cars, people and music till mid night

This hotel was great! It is situated in a very lively area with lots of shops and eating options! The room looked exactly how I expected. The Junior Suite overlooking the Acropolis was just that. I woke up and went to bed with a view of the Parthenon. The staff was absolutely great!!! We got in very early, and they held on to our bags while we went to explore. We walked to the Acropolis Museum to spend some time there. Same with the City of Agora, and the south entrance of the Acropolis. Everything is walkable!!! The morning breakfast is delightful. The food was delicious and really fueled us up for the morning activities. The biggest issue with this hotel is the elevator as they have a rooftop restaurant and bar. We had to wait a long time to take the elevator. They should have one lift for hotel guests and one for the 2 top floors. We tried going up the stairs but the doors are locked from the stairwell.

As others have said, it is noisy, but some of that is the bar on the roof and part is just being bang in the middle of Athens. Lovely hotel and great staff.

The room was not completely finished in its renovation. The room lacked the necessary usual items; not towel holders, lighting turned off/on on its own, lack of bathroom electrical outlets, none available - and this was the Presidential suit(?) The elevators/ lifts, were not cleaned and the staff, while trying their best, I assumed had to lie about the none functioning felicities. There was a bathroom window without shades/ curtains, therefore all could see you if and when using the toilet. The bathroom (auto on/off) turned-on in the middle of the night by itself. Oh, the TV had no electrical cable to connect to, and when found, I had to connected it myself; and on an outlet which dangled the cable outside a cabinet. A Hair dryer is offered but you have nowhere to connected to in the bathroom. Can you believe, ANYONE, has access to the electrical panel of the entire hotel because the panel has no cover? This place needs tremendous improvement! The breakfast host, Jane, was a pleasant surprise to all of the bad things wrong with this hotel. Top it off with the hotel’s exposed/ no cover, Electrical panel, immediately outside of the lift, by the lobby. Wishing I could go back and see that what I foolishly paid a tremendously high price for, has now been improved to a decent price working hotel offer. Sorry I’m not able to attached all of the pictures .of the aforementioned complaints…

This is an excellent place to stay and be in the middle of all the action. Tons of shopping, dinning and other shops just outside the hotel. Place was very clean, excellent staff service, the roof top view is amazing and good food. The elevators are very small, part of shower was broken but we made the best of it.

Upon arrival the staff were fantastic. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. My room was gorgeous with a view of the Parthenon, which was beautiful. Breakfast was okay there was lots of variety. There is a lovely rooftop bar and this hotel is right in the centre, which means it is noisy! As a solo traveller I made sure I was back by about 7pm from my sightseeing or adventures as the area surrounding was quite crowded and loud in the evening and night, lots of pickpockets. A beautiful hotel with great staff but you definitely need earplugs.

The staff was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view. The location was very walkable. It was a bit loud at night, but closing the windows and turning on the air conditioning quieted it down a lot.

You cannot ask for a more conveniently placed hotel. Fantastic view of the Acropolis from the rooftop bar. Rooms were clean and well serviced. If I had one criticism, the hotel lifts, which were very small, also serviced the public rooftop bar, which made getting to, and from your room at busy times very difficult. Also, the music in the bar was quite loud, and seemed to cater for the non hotel guest clientele who are a very young, trendy crowd. Otherwise an excellent choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Athens Tower is located in an ideal spot for touring. But it’s loud at night outside. The hotel is basic but spacious. No lobby or gym. The staff was kind.

This property would not pass a fire department safety inspection. There is no lock from the inside or the front door. You have to use your room key and lock the door. This would be extremely dangerous in the event of fire you are literally locking yourself in the room. In addition, there is no body lotion or hair conditioner. These are the minimum basics for a hotel. Also, when we got there 7 pm in the evening to check in, the person was not there! We have to wait at least 15 minutes for him to show up. We stay there for two reservations. Three nights and two nights. On 2 nights, there was construction going on that started at 4 AM!!!! Hammering and pounding one of the guest went upstairs to the restaurant to see what was going on. He set off the alarm. The alarm went on for three minutes. Again, this was four in the morning.

Plus side was a great view of Monastiraki Plaza and the Acropolis. Downside was the people in the plaza had a great view of us, especially at night, because there were no blinds or drapes of any kind. Woke up on the first morning to someone right outside our window taking down scaffolding at 7:30-8:30 am. He could look straight into our room at us. When we mentioned this to the staff, they kind of just shrugged it off. By the third night, drapes were installed. However when asked why it wasn’t done sooner, they said it was because the tourist season started the next day. We could understand the noise from the street late into night because it was a great location for dining and night clubs. However, there was banging and other noise from power tools coming from other rooms that were being renovated. This noise started at 6:00 am. I normally don’t write negative views, but I felt these incidences couldn’t be ignored.

The room was very clean. The view from the room was spectacular. The location of the hotel was fantastic, very close to the archeological sites, close to shopping and restaurants. The entrance to the hotel is not very inviting. There is no lobby. The elevators were outside reception in the public open corridor to the street. The room did not have a closet, it had an open rail and shelf. There was no drawers or place to store clothing. There was nowhere to place and open the suitcases. The safe was barely large enough for the passports and too small for anything else like iPads or laptops or cameras. The TV was small for the room and not visible from the couch. The washroom did not have any counter space to place our toiletries. There were no robe hooks that were accessible, no towel rods. There were slippers but no bathrobes. The lighting was poor and not adequate for grooming or applying g makeup. The service staff were rude and condescending. The safe was powered by batteries accessible from inside the safe but two batteries were missing. We called reception and they sent someone to help but he looked down on us for not finding and reinserting the batteries and once he did that he seemed impatient with us for not quickly understanding how to operate the safe, which was not readily apparent. We travel a lot and we know about hotel safes…we are not novices and we do not appreciate being talked down to. Finally, the taxi bookings were uncoordinated and had us waiting.

The hotel is centrally located for anything you would like to do in Athens. The breakfast, the entire staff even the rooftop bar staff were great! Shout out to the rooftop manager and the staff for making me feel at home. I walked in and sat anywhere I wanted and they knew what I wanted to bring after the first visit. That's top-tier in the book for customer service. I can not wait to visit Greece again and stay there again. Overall outstanding place to stay.

An amazing location! You are literally in the centre of everything with a one-minute walk to the station. The staff are so friendly; the manager and his wife were very sweet, professional and friendly! They offered me more shower gel bottles because I commented on how fragrant it smelt! Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic and the staff are helpful and happy to resolve issues. It is clean and hygienic with room service everyday. The limited lift access was an annoyance but considering the the central location it was something we overlooked. We highly recommend.
