The apartment is within a 3 minute walk from the water front and Alimos Marina, as well as 400 m from the center of Alimos - Thoukididou street which is the business center of the area where you will find many traditional taverns, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, banks and a variety of stores.
The bus and Tram stops that take you to central Athens, Piraeus and Vouliagmeni as well as a supermarket, 24 hour coffee shop and restaurants, within a 50 - 80m vicinity of the property.
Definitely worth a visit to Stavros Niarchos Cultural Center (3km) and Flisvos Marina (1.5km) to take a walk and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea while drinking your drink at the beautiful bars and restaurants you will find there!
