A modern penthouse 50 m2 with breathtaking view.
The private apartment is the only one at the top floor (7th) of a newbuild block which is located at a steep uphill between Pagrati and Vironas 2.4 klm by foot to Syntagma square. It enjoys an astonishing view of Athens centre and an impressive prespective of Acropolis, Lycabettus and the Saronic gulf. The apartment is fully air-conditioned , recently renovated and full equipped. The balconies are 30 m2.
There is NO PARKING at the building.
The apartment is very close to the (227) bus station (60m away). Its a 30 minutes walk (2.1 klm) by foot from the Acropolis Museum and about the same from the City Center , Plaka, Syntagma. It's close to supermarkets, bakery,banks, etc.
I have taken detailed pictures with mobile phone , so you can understand exactly the place.
