The location of this hotel was great, really easy to get around the city and lots of bus or metro stops nearby. The outside noise was louder than expected, which was mostly manageable as your in a great location. There are bells that sound very nearby from as early as 6.50am which was unexpected. The room itself was fine and comfortable. The shower did leak into the toilet next door but only a small amount. Given the plumbing in Athens, I was surprised that the bins are only emptied once during the stay. We stayed a week, unsure if that is longer than most guests or not but it wasn’t pleasant. If you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable room this would be ideal, but not overly luxurious.

We ended up at this hotel when the last place we were staying up that had a bedbug situation. It was like an oasis in the storm, and we were so appreciative they don’t have staff per se, and I’d never stayed in a hotel like that before, but once I figured out how it all worked, it was great. We even had an issue with the air conditioning and tech support through the app, headed up and running in no time

Great location as it was close to places like Ermou shopping street, Plaka and the Acropolis. Restaurants located right next to hotel. We stayed in room 501 which was a nice room. Our only complaints are curtains not fully blocking light and the church bells ringing. They are located right next to this room. The windows do a good job at blocking sound except for the bells which start ringing early morning. Even though we were notified that no one is at front desk, there was someone there to greet us during the day.

Great location and value, would stay here again

Loved our stay with Bob Eolou. Location was fantastic, with many great bars and restaurants nearby. Close to the acropolis as well so ideal for tourists. The keyless entry was intuitive, and our room was clean and bright. Would definitely stay here again

Superb location, especially if you are interested in enjoying the Acropolis and the area around it. Online check-in and door access was super easy. The rooms were very up-to-date. This was our second time staying at that location, and will definitely use it again if we come back to Athens.
