Advantage, location is great ,clean, friendly staff. Disadvantage, AC in whole hotel rooms is sit in universal temperature so you cant adjust the temperature according to what you prefer which is a big Disadvantage for me .

Quirky hotel in a great location. Close to a station for easy access from the airport and getting around in the heat. Walking distance to the Plaka and Monastiraki for great food options and shopping. Roof top bar has wonderful views.

Very nice hotel with good ambiance. We arrived before check in and our room was ready. They also upgraded our room which had a balcony. Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly staff and Prosecco. The view from the rooftop was very nice. Convenient location as it is next to the metro. Also walking distance to acropolis and other popular sites.

The hotel is in a great location. The road noise makes it difficult to sleep for a light sleeper. Also there are only 2 lifts which can mean you wait a while at busy times. The hotel staff were friendly but did not offer any Expedia VIP benefits

The lobby was nice and front desk staff were excellent loved the roof top restaurant and views the breakfast was delightful. Did not like the hotel decor the hallways and rooms were very dark they said is retro to me the darkness make it looks dingy.

Staff is amazing.

It’s the 2nd year I chose Acropol ,my pet peeve with this year from last year, was their breakfast. Last year was amazing, this year was nothing to post on social media about. Overall, the staff were amazing ,especially the house cleaner on the 3rd floor, I never got her name,but she was a 10 star gem. Amazing lady.

This hotel is ideally located with the metro literally across the road, supermarkets nearby and walking distance to major attractions. The hotel was clean and welcoming, staff were friendly, rooms were big (we had a balcony room) views from the rooftop are great of the Acropolis and we loved the jacuzzis on the roof top also. The only thing that let this hotel down (slightly) was the breakfast. There was no explanation given on the first day (help yourself, sit where you like, you can order etc) and it took until the 3rd day that I saw a small sign on the counter top that said I could order eggs from the waiter. This would have been nice if it was explained. There was a wide variety for breakfast but it was set up on the bar, left out in the open for hours and nothing was organised eg milk wasn’t next to the tea and coffee or cereal, glasses weren’t next to the juice/water, bowls weren’t next to the cereal, it just made things a little chaotic on a morning people moving around backwards and forwards everywhere. There was also no toaster for all of the bread they had which was rather disappointing. Saying that it wouldn’t put us off staying again!
