"Check in was seamless with welcoming staff. Very well maintained property. Rooms were immaculate. The pool deck can get crowded due to size. Only note , the pool deck glass should be clean often. Gets cloudy so covers the stunning views."

"It's off the beaten path but we were able to navigate to reach the different areas. The bakery across the street and grocery store up the street were very easily accessible. The only thing that was uncommon was that there was no outside food allowed into the hotel and they had plenty of signage. But it wasn't a big deal for us. The only con is the PH floor bar waiter delivered 1 round of drinks and then never came back, so when she delivered the first round she asked for the RM# and left. Once we realized we would not be getting any additional service we started to leave and she stopped us at the door about our bill. Well I'm sorry you delivered our drinks 40 mins ago and never came back to check in or ask if we wanted anything further. Therefore, we assumed that it was being charged to our rooms. Guess not, terrible customer service because she approached us with attitude. Excuse you ma'am for your poor customer service. Therefore, no we were not leaving a tip and we absolutely have no issue with paying our drink tab."

"The roof top pools are simply Amazing. Stunning and worth the stay. The rooms are very large and clean and nicely designed. Room service was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that check in and checkout is very long and unorganized. I waited 3 times in line for half an hour each time to check in. We arrived at 10:30 am and I ended up getting my room at 3:30 pm! They did check our luggage and the free shuttle downtown was nice but a ten minute walk from main attractions. I would stay there again and highly recommend the rooftop pools if you can expect to wait a long time to check in. Spa facilities in the basement are also a nice touch."
