"We had a late arrival which was no problem after alerting the staff. Most hotels have a different response. We were also able to use a side entrance that was very close to our room for added convenience. We had a pleasant stay."

8/10 Good
"Room was clean. Toilet was running. Drains were very slow to empty. Hole in wall near shower head. Had to ask where ice machine was. Supposedly had an exercise area which I was not made aware of. Person on duty was very helpful when we could not connect to wi-fi. Even came to us. He was very polite. Light breakfast consisted of coffee machine, and the offerings that we saw were one apple and two granola bars. Overall for the price we paid, we were basically satisfied."
