  • This tastefully decorated apartment accommodates up to 8 people. The apartment has a built in cooling and heating system, Smart tv, balcony and a newly furnished kitchen. It has 5 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms.

    Flat is walking distance to both Piraeus Touristic Cruise Port and very popular Mikrolimani yacht marine which is home to vibrant cafes and restaurants.

    Also from the house it's 5 minutes by foot to Votsalakia Beach where you can swim.

    The apartment is equipped with everything you need to cook and live, from hairdryer to dishes, from bed linen, towels to air conditioning and Smart TV. Houseware include pots, pans, glasses, forks, knives and cups.

    Despite its central location it's very silent, away from street’s noise.

    It's next to the Marine Zea and very close to Mikrolimano.

    The apartment is on the 1st floor. There is no elevator in the building and you need to use stairs in order to reach the apartment. There are 7 stairs at the main entrance and after that other 20 stairs in order to reach the 1st floor.

    Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other neighbours, so please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
