Dear Jeff, thank you for your kind words concerning our clean room and easy pickup from the airport. Concerning our location: Indeed, we are situated in a quiet, residential area away from the crowded parts of the popular area of Artemida. But we are only 2 km away (10 to 15 minutes on foot) from the shops like supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, bakery etc. The majority of our guests enjoy this calmness and spend a lot of time in our yard, drinking wine, eating mousaka or Greek salad, enjoying music, and reading their books. etc. So sorry you didn't enjoy it the same! But we hope to see you again!!!

Dear Judith, Thank you very much for choosing us for your stay. Since we are a small business, with only 9 rooms, our driver who is also our receptionist went to the airport to pick up another guest. This is why we were not there. But there was a sign in the reception, saying that we are attending a free transfer from the airport and had a number on it to call. So, you could have called us and we would tell you in how many minutes we would be back, and if you were cold, we could have told you the code to enter your room.Furthermore, our team was trying their best to help you with your check in, and we understood the frustration that you had and this is why we offered you to first go in your room and enjoy the wine that we offered you and then come back for the check in. Finally, our hotel is situated in a quiet, residential area which is only 2km away from the crowded beach of Artemis. So sorry you didn’t enjoy it the same! But we hope to see you again!
