This updated condo is centrally located to the heart of Athens. Close to the UGA campus and downtown Athens, which are packed with restaurants, shops, bars, and venues. While you will be close to campus and downtown, you can escape back here for some privacy.

This place comes with a full kitchen, washer and dryer stack unit, and complimentary snacks and waters.
Other things to note
There is a neighbor in the basement that is totally blocked off from the place you will be staying, and he will not interfere with your stay in any way. The neighbor has no access to anything but the basement where he stays (basement access is only through the outside of the unit down a separate walk way)
