Set directly across from Pangrati Grove park, and just 10 minutes from Evangelismos metro station and 5 minutes from the Panathenaic Stadium, you'll be perfectly connected to everything Athens has to offer. Enjoy an easy 15-minute walk to the National Garden and Syntagma Square, and you'll also find yourself close to Evangelismos, Hippokrateio, and Laiko hospitals.

The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable single bed, along with a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, oven, and stovetop, ideal for preparing your own meals. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet for your convenience. A balcony overlooking the building's courtyard adds a touch of outdoor space to the apartment.

Guests have the whole place to themselves. Please note that although the apartment is on the ground floor, it sits slightly above street level, so there are 5 steps leading up to the front door.

Pangrati is a central neighborhood, mainly home to families and students, and is lively, friendly, and very safe. You'll find plenty of small shops, a local market, excellent restaurants and tavernas, gyms, parks, and cinemas all close by. The area is also well served by buses connecting to the northern and southern suburbs as well as the city's commercial center.
