Stayed in the President Suite one night on our way to the coast. Can’t beat the location and beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment was clean, could use some updating in the bathrooms but worked just fine for our needs. Convenient check in/out and even though there’s no reception they were very responsive anytime we had a question or need.

It’s a beautiful place. Unfortunately there are no staff on site so baggage storage is not an option. For a high end luxury place you might expect some level of hospitality service. Otherwise amazing.

Jenny quoted 2 different prices for transportation from cruise port for two different couples for same service. Bedroom ac did not work. Communication with “concierge” (Jenny) was very slow and not dependable. Pictures on web site are misleading. The outdoor patio only for the penthouse. Otherwise was very clean and convenient to shopping and dining.

Spacious apartment with view of the Acropolis. In the middle of the action. It has an elevator which helps with luggage. I didn’t have any contact with staff. Smooth check-in/out. Perfect place if you want to be in the middle of everything, especially if it’s a first time to Athens.

Spacious, clean apartment located in the heart of Plaka. However, the service was disappointing, with slow or no response to emails. While having no reception wouldn’t be an issue if service and responses were prompt, the lack of assistance made the experience frustrating.

Excellent location, clean rooms, not much of view!

Excellent location, very clean rooms, everything was working excellent. however there is a large tree blocking your view of the Acropolis, so its hard to see it from your room. Also there is no one at the front desk, its hard to find someone for assistance. Yes they do respond to texts and calls and can meet you at the desk, however its rare to see anyone actually sitting there. But they seemed friendly and it was a comfortable stay. Thank You
