Greek hospitality with Free Double Parking and 1 Gbps WiFi / 9 persons
Our house is friendly, calm, value for money and can easy accommodate a big or a small family or also a big or a smaller company. It has all the facilities and we believe that every will enjoy to stay here. We are ready to help our guests with a lot of information for what to do in Athens or what to see.
It is a newly built maisonette of 180 m², modern, in minimal decoration with all the comforts. It has large balconies for barbecue, fireplace, three bedrooms, a master bathroom and a smaller wc, and a private parking. The suburban's railway stop is 600 meters far away from the house which has direct connection with the metro line and also the bus stop is 100 meters away.The house is at a hub, 20 minutes from Acropolis, 30 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes from the highway.
For hygiene and cleanliness reasons we please our guests to leave their shoes in the shoes cabinet of the entrance house.
Let us also tell you that in this house when you do not live in, then we stay in it because it is our own home!! That is why there are personal objects inside it.
Our neighbourhood is very quite and far away from the environment pollution! It is very close to the famous Park of Tritsis, and indeed this park is 5 minutes far away from the house on feet. You can walk there or you can run in it for the person who wants to keep his/her fit well, to organise a pic-nic with your children to the wooden tables under the trees, to see the ducks inside the lake or to make horse riding. You can also enjoy your coffee or your drink beside the lake under the moon.
We are a couple who love to meet other people and socialize with them with discretion!! We like travelling, enjoy life and meet new cultures and customes! We are always available so to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
There are cafes, restaurants and mini markets within walking distance from our house. Greek hospitality is 600 meters away from Kato Acharnai stop of the suburban railway station, which connects both the center of Athens and the airport. The suburban railway station also connects the port of Piraeus and the airport. The Olympic Stadium and The Mall Athens and Golden Hall shopping centers can be reached within a 10-minute drive via Attiki Odou, which is 1000 meters from the accommodation. Free private parking is also available.

A beautiful Maisonette
The Greek hospitality was true to the word. The house is beautiful and the decor is elegant. Host Dimitris made sure we were well taken care for. Location is just €7 by cab from Attiki. Totally satisfied.
