Great hotel, comfortable and modern. It is located about 20-minute walk from the Acropolis. That means by car you will be in the touristic area in 10 minutes. The staff was helpful and nice, in particular Erica, such a lovely girl. The rooms are modern and clean.

This was a very good hotel for the money. My only complaints were that the air conditioner in the room could not go below 23 degrees Celsius, and the bathroom door was impossible to fully open or close without having to stand in the shower.

Great Hotel. Thank You ERIKA!

The Ibis hotel in Athens is simply fantastic! It's conveniently situated just a 30-minute walk away from the heart of Athens and only a few minutes' walk to the metro, which takes you directly to the center within 2-3 stations. The hotel is surrounded by charming cafes and has a convenient parking space located below the building. The staff at the hotel are exceptional, and Erika in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Erika, for being such a valuable asset to the hotel and making my stay unforgettable!

Room for improvement but overall really good!

Great breakfast, comfy bed, huge bathroom with great shower, good air conditioning. Wasn’t as clean as it could be, but was pretty good. Grime in tiles in shower and a few other spots of dirt. Expensive and service could be a bit friendlier, but overall a comfortable stay.

Great stay in Athens

You cannot go wrong staying at this Ibis. The best hotel in Athens with friendly staff! The breakfast buffet is filling and has a good selection. The cleaning staff does a great job tidying up the room when you are away. I chose the deluxe room and it is spacious with the sofa couch and 2 twin beds. First time using a car park elevator and it was fun the first time- I did not have trouble finding the location or obtaining a spot once inside. The location is central too- about 40 minutes from the airport via car, 2 minute walk from grocery store, and around 17 minute walk to Syntagma. My only tip to improve is the bathroom, when showering to add a curtain or perhaps change the glass partition to a larger one so the water doesn't spill out. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Ibis Athens family!

I recomend this hotel. They have great staff. I arrived at 3am and made a last minute reservation a couple hours before due to a late night flight. Expedia did not send over the info regarding my reservation, but the front desk staff helped to figure out the issue quickly. They were very kind. The hotel itself is not in the nicest looking neighborhood, but felt pretty safe. The garage is worth the extra 5 euros/night if you need a place for a car like I did. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Some road noise if you have a room on the side of the building next to the road, but not too bad.

It was a great hotel except for the strong smell of pinesol cleaner in my room. It was burning my eyes all night long!! Then at one point someone in the room next to me must have smoked a cigarette and the smell was in my room too!! Also you should be careful of the shower because it has half a glass pane so all of the water comes out in the floor. This poses a safety hazard!!

Il me semble que tous les hôtels sont chers à Athènes, celui-ci aussi mais parmi les moins chers ! Nous étions au 6e et dernier étage, Chambre n°607 - Surface 27m² + 7 m² de terrasse Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, très bien Accessoires café = 2 sticks renouvelés chaque jour + 2 bouteilles 33 cl renouvelées chaque jour + produits de toilette inexistants à part brosse à dents Propreté nettoyage = ça peut aller Service hôtesses conciergerie efficace Accès WiFi efficace, réseau public sans code Situation géographique = pas mal, 1/2 heure à pied de l'Acropole ou à 5 minutes du métro Température = autour de 20 à 24° lors de notre séjour (octobre 2025) Météo = très bien, un seul jour de pluie Offre VIP = boisson offerte, mais basique. Cependant, nous avons pu en profiter 2 fois !
