Starting with Travelocity we didn't get any help, ended up losing our reservation money and when finely got to communicate with the hotel they in writing said that Travelocity never tried to contact them. For that reason and a lot others since we made considerable amount of bookings with you and Travelocity and through Travelocity, we will not buy anything from Travelocity. Thanks for asking. Virginia

The staff is really helpful, they give you advice about the area, restaurants and activities to do. They try to solve any issue right away and are understating to the guest necessities.

Amazing Hostel with wonderful people
The staff were very nice and helpful! They were very accommodating and were able to give us ideas of what to do around town including a super fun pub crawl! We met lots of new friends and we all loved staying here. It was my first time at a hostel and if they are all this wonderful I hope I stay at many more! Thank you so much for the great times and memories ❤️

Pretty good stay
I had a mostly good stay here. Dimitri was a great receptionist/host. I arrived very late and he was able to check me into my room. I had a cleanliness issue with my walls and Dimitri actually came in to clean it and used sanitizing bleach. I even did my laundry for 5 euros and was very impressed by the cleanliness of my clothes. My bathroom was cleaned everyday. The workers work really hard here to make sure your stay is pretty good. The condition of the hostel was above average and better than most of the city center. The metro stop is in very close walking distance to get to the city center which is 1 stop away.

Best place to get a backache and covid-19
The towel they gave us were disgusting, the bathroom as well and was never cleaned during our stay. I could feel every spring in the matress as it gave me such a back pain. Nobody in the hostel was following covid 19 procedures we were the only one wearing a mask (yes not even the employees did)

Great place and good location
I liked this hostel but it was further away from the city center. Once I figured out how to use the metro it made things easier because the city center is one stop away, it takes less than 15 minutes to get there via the metro, also the metro is about two blocks away, right out the front doors go straight through the corridor across the street and it's there in the park. There are a lot of restaurants and bars in the area but didn't get a chance to explore them as much.

Hostel near a lot of nightlife.
Nice hostel with quality cleaners who keep the bathrooms clean . The staff are friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and good AC. Short walk to the metro station line that goes right to airport. Because of a lot of nightlife can be a little noisey but light sleepers may not like. Would stay again.

good for the price
This is a nice, inexpensive, well-maintained hostel. It’s a bit shabby (older linens, uncomfortable bed) and the bathrooms, while clean, are hard to keep dry, badly ventilated, and lack a true shower head. Fine for the price, but I will pay more for a hotel when I am in the city next.

Nice and kind staff...the hostel its litteraly in the middle of Athens and you have everything near you even the metro( Kerameikos station)!!!

I took the metro from the airport and the hostel was just a minute away from the metro stop ‘keramikos’. Staff was really friendly and they provided me with information about the area and nice restaurants and cafes! The hostel is really nice decorated and you can enjoy your coffee and sun at the rooftop! I will definitely stay there again hopefully soon enough!

You won't believe what happened to us!
Πρώτα από όλα, το δωμάτιο μύριζε απαίσια. Η κυρία στη reception δεν μιλούσε ούτε ελληνικά, ούτε αγγλικά. Μόλις μας έδειξε το δωμάτιο, πάθαμε σοκ! Ένα σεντόνι κρεμασμένο αντί για πόρτα, και ένα στρώμα στο πάτωμα με λερωμένα και τσαλακωμενα σεντόνια. Παπούτσια και μπουφαν σκορπισμένα. Καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες, φυσικά και δε μείναμε εκεί το βράδυ! Προσοχή σε όσους ψάχνουν κάτι φθηνό για ύπνο. Το μέρος αυτό ούτε για ζώα δεν κάνει! First of all, the room we were shown was having a very bad smell, rotten wood and disgusting shoe smell from other people. The lady in the reception did not speak either Greek or English which made communication impossible. We were shown the room by her, there was a piece of clothes hanging by a couple of screws, and behind this was a double mattress on the floor with super dirty bed sheets. I swear someone was sleeping there the same day... There were shoes and clothes everywhere in the room. The photos on the website are nothing alike! So be very careful when you are looking for a cheap place to spend the night! This place is inhuman, worse than a stable! We left immediately as we felt worried about our health! Just keep away and book a proper hotel!!!

Mr Panagiotis , we can't realize why you say those lies and also why you didn't make any complains the same night or the next day when we spoke again. As you told us, you wanted to leave because you hadn't understand that you had to share the room with other guests.That's when we offered you a FREE upgrade to a 4-bed room so you could be all alone but you rejected it! We did that because we care for our customers even when it is not our fault! Also check -in time is up to 12 at night. You came really early in the morning without any information but we tried to help you in the best way possible.Furthermore as you may understand we cannot control what guests do with their own things.There are hangers and lockers provided for their things! Also beds have some privacy by a curtain as you can see at the photos and not by a random 'piece of cloth'. Your words underestimate and insult not only our business but also all those people who choose to stay in a hostel -not just because they need something cheap but as a way of their culture. At last but not least- what you imply about hygiene has no substance at all! We can assure you we do our best for our guests!

Very good place for stay in Gazi, but not clean
Very good location. 2 minutes walk from the Kerameikos metro station. 1 station to the center. All bars and discos on site. To myMarket 600 meters, to Lidl 5 bus stops. Friendly service, kitchen and modern decor. Comfortable mattresses. 1) On arrival, it turned out that the property did not have my reservation even though it was made by hotels.com. It was explained to me that the property changed ownership and the previous one did not provide information about reservations. Good that it was out of season and there were free beds. The property, fortunately, charged a fee as in the reservation. 2) The bedding is washed at low temperature, which makes it gray, stained and does not smell nice. The bathroom has no curtain in the shower, so you need to mop. The bathroom is dirty in the corners and nobody uses chlorine for sanitizing. 3) A bunk bed has no railing, be careful not to lie too close to the edge, so as not to fall. You have to be very careful when climbing and descending. Around the mattress is not cleaned, visible dust and hair. 4) The kitchen could use a microwave and more cutlery.
