Our stay started off on a bad note with ants amassing in the bathrooms, flushes dripping and underfloor heating not working in the living room. The master bedroom bed was also severely broken and mattress sank in. Communication with the manager was good, he was responsive and tried to help, however due to the holiday season unable to fix more than the bathroom cleanliness and missing toilet paper. Overall, very convenient location and good sized apartment for a family. Quiet and warm and (mostly) newly refurbished.

Disappointing experience

Be aware of this VRBO host.The host canceled our booking 3 hours before check in and while we were en route to the property, leaving us hanging with 2 small kids and an older person with mobility issues.There should be no excuse for a last minute cancelation like this.Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.The communication experience after completing the reservation was not great either, it took around 8 days to have a couple of the questions I posted, answered.We cannot comment on the property since we were not given the opportunity to use it, and we have no desire to contact any future business with this host after this very disappointing experience.
