This is NOT a hotel! We missed that. So if you’re arriving early be prepared to make accommodations for your baggage. The team eventually stored our bags in our room as we waited for them to clean it, but it was tonnes of messaging back and forth. Location was great.

It had everything and more! Wonderful modern apartment with rooftop views. Host was very kind, laundry in the apartment, and the cutest breakfast delivered right to our door each morning! LOVED this place and would definitely come back again!

The location of the property is excellent. The place is well maintain. We had a problem with getting hot water on time and consistent. One of the days the bedroom was not made and we did not know way. I think they can improve the service a lot. Not the service you expect for the amount that you paid.

I loved having an apartment Kolinaki - it’s a very safe and pretty area with nice restaurants and high end shops. Once I got in touch with the host, communication was great but I had to call first to confirm everything. The wear of the show was the rooftop porch with a view of the acropolis and being able to watch the lights coming on as the sunset set. Great little kitchen and it was nice to have a washer dryer.

This hotel is beautiful, fantastically maintained and perfectly situated in a great and safe area within a short walk to fabulous shops, restaurants, and historical and archeological sites and museums. Panos and his supportive team of Stella and others provide exceptional guest care, attention, help and communication! We were so happy and impressed with our stay in both the 2 bedroom suite and the 1 bedroom suite that we have already booked another stay for next year!

If you have young children and/or heavy luggage, this place may not be the best choice for you. The location and cleanliness are great, just as described. However, the check-in process was much more complicated and difficult than we expected. We were on the island and my cell connection was not very good, which made the online check-in process even more challenging. Guests are required to complete the online check-in at least 24 hours in advance. There’s no checkin or service on site. It’s like Airbnb. In addition, you have to carry your luggage up a steep set of stairs before reaching the elevator to the 6th floor. Once you get to the 6th floor, there are another two sets of narrow and steep stairs to reach the room. Traveling with heavy luggage made this especially difficult. Unfortunately, none of these details about the stairs and the complicated check-in process were clearly described in the listing. I think this information should be provided upfront so guests can make an informed decision, especially families with children, older travelers, or anyone traveling with heavy luggage. The location and cleanliness were excellent, but because of these unexpected difficulties, I gave the property 3 stars.

Normally I never leave reviews, but this time I had to. The apartment was incredible! So well designed, perfectly located and very, very clean. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a place that felt so clean and well maintained. The manager went out of his way to store our luggage on arrival and departure and let us check in early and out late. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing value for money. Book it!

This hotel is fabulous! We stayed in both the 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom suites and both were beautiful, very clean, well serviced, spacious and comfortable. Panos was a wonderful host and provided excellent communication, help, advice and provided exceptional guest care with along with Stella and his other housekeeping staff. The hotel is perfectly situated in a great and safe area that is within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, historical and archeological museums and sites, and pick up points for day trips to Delphi and other locations. We loved our stay so much that prior to leaving, we booked a return trip next year to this wonderful hotel!

Likno was perfect for our family of 4. The 2 bedroom loft was spacious and well equipped. The location was great. The neighborhood felt safe and we were within walking distance to most everything we wanted to see. It was great to have a washing machine as well as a full kitchen during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Likno to anyone, especially families who would otherwise need 2 hotel rooms.

Definitely an upscale vibe to this spot. Close to high end shopping and also more economical shopping. The train station was a short walking distance to the apartment. All the amenities are top notch. The hostess was fantastic and most welcoming. She was really available any time we needed anything. We booked this place because it was mid way thru our trip and we needed a washer/dryer. It was perfect. The breakfast was really great too! So much food. We highly recommend staying here!

One night stay before cruise

Great location, clean modern place, roof top patio wonderful to hang out and enjoy the view. Unfortunately 3 of the blinds in the living and kitchen area would not open. The second bedroom was listed as two twin beds but one is actually a portable cot. One of the stabilizing wheels was broken. Able to carefully use it. For comfort and space reasons a twin bunk bed might work better. Will use this location if we visit Athens again.

We had a lovely stay in the top floor apartment (7). It was perfect for our family of 4. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer combo. Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment centrally located so we could walk to stores, cafes, restaurants and all the tourist attractions. We would definitely stay here again! A perfect stay all around.

Gate codes were tricky, the $2 tax i had to pay before entry with a link that didn't work was a little inconvenient, please include all fees with your booking...light controls are a little confusing...very clean except the shower floor is stained. Comfy couch and beds. Wish there were more blankets and laundry detergent. Overall it was good. Thank you!
