Luxury appartment, Kolonaki

Luxurious apartment "Centrale" is located in the safest and aristocratic Kolonaki area in the heart of the historic city in a extremely quiet neighborhood. It is at 5min walking distance from all museums, main luxury market and nice and cozy restaurants and cafeterias. It is also 5 min. walking from metro station for easy and quick access to the port and the airport and 15 min. from Acropolis. "Centrale" occupies the entire 1st floor of a quiet residence. It is highly-ceilinged with high standards and fully complied with hygiene rules. "Centrale" has private balcony with view to the town. It is for 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and moreover has microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, tea maker, etc. The bathroom is fully equipped with all you need and also a hair dryer. In our apartment there is a second toilet (WC). Free Wi-fi is provided too.

Το πολυτελές κεντρικό διαμέρισμα "Centrale" βρίσκεται στην ασφαλέστερη και αριστοκρατική περιοχή του Κολωνακίου στην καρδιά της ιστορικής πόλης σε μια πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια από όλα τα μουσεία, την κύρια αγορά πολυτελείας και ωραία και φιλόξενα εστιατόρια και καφετέριες.
Το μετρό απέχει 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια για γρήγορη και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο αεροδρόμιο ή στο λιμάνι και 5 λεπτά από την Ακρόπολη.
Το "Centrale" καταλαμβάνει ολόκληρο τον 1ο όροφο μιας ήσυχης κατοικίας. Είναι σχεδιασμένο με υψηλά πρότυπα και συμμορφώνεται πλήρως με τους κανόνες υγιεινής κατά του Covid19.
Έχει ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι με θέα στην πόλη. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4 επισκέπτες. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με πλυντήριο πιάτων,φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, βραστήρας, μηχανή φίλτρου καφέ, μηχανή nespresso, μηχανή παρασκευής τσαγιού κτλ). Η τουαλέτα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ότι μπορεί να χρειαστείτε και επιπλέον με σεσουάρ μαλλιών. Στο διαμέρισμα μας υπάρχει δεύτερη τουαλέτα (W.C.). Παρέχεται και δωρεάν Wi-fi.

Charming apartment, a very enjoyable stay

Charming apartment with lots of character in a lovely neighbourhood. close to all transport and things you would want to see / do while in Athens, its quite hilly, so we did sometimes get an uber back after a long day exploring but only few euros well worth it to be in that neighbourhood. Met the owners, so nice and very helpful while considerate to privacy. A gem, we would certainly stay again William & Diane
