Located by the Athenian coastline situated in a friendly neighborhood, close to Alimos Beach, Glyfada, Alimos Marina and the Kalamaki shopping area. The Acropolis & the Historic Centre are 8km away!
Walk to super markets, traditional taverns, bakery, restaurants, cafes, play grounds, open cinemas, and the cosmopolitan Marina for mega-yachts.

Very nice apartment

We stayed there twice since it was so nice and would stay again next time we are in the Athens area.

Perfect modern apartment 3 floors up.

Absolutely beautiful property with modern and plush spa like bathrooms. The entire apartment was secure and top of the line furniture and kitchen. Above a grocery store, and centrally located so a great bakery on the corner. Lots of relaxing spots to refresh and feel at home. Thank you very much.

Home away from home

From the moment you walk through the door of this 3rd foor apartment, you feel at home. The apartment is tastefully decorated, lots of space for 4 people and 3 a/c units to keep you cool (which we needed during the heat wave in July). Lots of closet space for as much as you want to travel with. The black-out shades were a treat, and they have inspired us to invest in them in our own home! We worried about adequate internet service, since we needed to work some while away, but wifi was great. We were able to email & Zoom easily, without any issues. Relaxing on the enormous balcony with coffee made from the gourmet coffee maker was wonderfully indulgent. The kitchen appliances were all state of the art. It was very helpful to do a litItle laundry, since we stayed for almost 3 weeks. If traveling from US, be sure to get instructions on operating the washer & dryer, though, as everything is in Greek and they don't really operate the same as US models. Owner & property manager were always helpful & quick to answer any questions. Grocery store on the ground floor was super convenient. Lots of great restaurants nearby, convenient pharmacy as well as a liquor store a block away, hair salon just a few doors down & nail salon a few blocks away. Best property we've rented in quite some time, will definitely stay here again when we return to Greece!
