MELMA PROPERTIES - ARIA-Piraeus Central Penthouse

Opposite the Piraeus metro station and the airport shuttle bus station ''DIMOTIKO THEATRO'' is easily accessible. 

The property is full of light, due to the large windows all over the apartment, decorated in soft beige and grey colors to give our guests the feeling of relaxation and tranquility. 

One can see the city view waking up in the morning fro the bedroom and also from the sitting room relaxing with a glass of wine. 

The apartment contains 2 A/C units, one in the bedroom and one in the sitting room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, a dining table with 6 chairs and a couch that can be turn into a double bed. The bedroom comes with a king size bed. 

Of course, there is a satellite Led HD TV in the sitting room with a NOVA subscription, NETFLIX and a another LED HD TV in the bedroom.
