Located on the 5th floor (the elevator goes to the 4th, with just 12 steps more), this private retreat offers a spacious bedroom, a cozy living room, a modern kitchen, and a stylish bathroom.
Enjoy ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a centralized heating and cooling system, and continuous hot water from the solar heater. Feel secure with a reinforced door, remote-controlled shutters, smoke detector, and safety equipment.
Step onto the 30 m² rooftop terrace with its motorized tent, a round dining table, and stunning views of the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill – magical at night! A second balcony at the back offers even more outdoor space.
Inside, relax on an Italian-designed sofa that transforms into a double bed, watch satellite and cable TV on the flat-screen, or set the mood with LED lighting. The fully equipped kitchen has everything from a fridge and oven to a Nespresso machine, toaster, and juicer, plus complimentary coffee, tea, and local treats.

Here you will be able to explore real Athens. You will live like a local, eat authentic Greek food, understand our lifestyle. At the same time due to the key location you can be anywhere in Athens within 15 minutes. Whether you travel for fun or business our home is ideal.

Transportation:
We can arrange your VIP transportation from and to the airport/port for you with our new luxury shuttle. This way, you will not have to deal with anything. Just sit back and enjoy your trip. We will prepare everything for you. Our associate will pick you up from the airport/port, take you to our home, carry your luggage inside and show you everything you need to know about our home.

You can also come very easily from the airport through Metro network (10€ fare). Thera is also a direct link through the Metro network from the port of Piraeus. The Metro is at 200 meters from the apartment. If you decide to take a taxi you will need 40 minutes from/to the airport and 30 minutes from/to the port of Piraeus. 

If you have a car then the National Highway is 500 meters away with easy access to both directions (North and South) while Acharnon and Patission streets (500 meters range) will take you downtown in 10 minutes.
You will need about 15 minutes to get anywhere in the historical center. Acharnon and Patission streets are 500 meters from home. From there, buses leave on a very frequent base for Monastiraki, Thissio and Constitution Square as well as to North (Kifissia) and South (Piraeus).
