We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 10 pm with loud music or disturbances. No parties.

Great house for a 3 day visit with kids and dog. The house was clean and comfortable, with fun amenities that we all enjoyed (projector screen great for movies and games). Location was good - near grocery stores and restaurants, and the neighborhood is very walkable and pretty quiet. The host was quick to respond to all questions and very communicative.
