Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
The apartment is nice and renovated. BUT the cleaning personnel arrived at 14:55 while check in was 15:00 and I had to wait until 15:30 for them to leave. The building is super old, smells really really bad and the elevator is 50 years old with a broken mirror. On the second night, when we return to the apartment, a cockroach was exiting the apartment. We left immediately and decided to stay to a proper hotel. The managing company of the apartment sent me the guidelines on how to enter the apartment 2 hours before my arrival and AFTER I sent them a message. This is not a proper attitude from a "professional". I wouldn't recommend staying there even if the price is relatively lower for a renovated 2-bedroom apartment than similar properties in the area. It is better to stay somewhere else that in this apartment.
