Amazing place, love the characters of the rooms. The staff very helpful, my request to get early access with accommodated and they went above and beyond. The rooms re very clean and the bed is really comfy.

First impressions of Orchards were fantastic. The design and the attention to detail are really impressive. Vincent the host is very friendly and helpful with great suggestions of places to eat/drink nearby. It’s a very new renovation and believe on the cusp of being fantastic. However, a few issues cropped up and we needed to ask for certain basic things. There’s a coffee machine in the room but waking up on the first morning, realising there were no cups, spoons etc was a bit frustrating. Too early to ask anyone. There are no drinking glasses so had to request those. Plus, with it being a hotel and staying there for 3 nights, our beds weren’t made once. Also had to ask for loo roll. Service wise, it felt more like an AirBNb rather than a hotel. Also, just to make others aware, with it being an old building, although beautiful, it is very noisy. Take ear plugs!

Our 2nd time staying here and would return again. Great value, exceptional customer service and very comfortable room. Our kids love the tree house beds! Location is close to everything, highly recommend.
