The check in procedure was horrible The host sent us directions to a unit that was already sold, they didn’t help us getting to the new location When we got to the new location there was no building keys just room keys but fortunately someone let us into the building We finally got a building key 5 hours after being dropped off at the first place that was sold When we did try to settle in for the night the room was cooking as the AC didn’t work, shower head was broken and you couldn’t close the bathroom door. We wasted a whole evening trying to figure out where to live because of the property managers mismanagement. Horrible night, stay away. And to top it off the place they offered was cheaper and yet no talk of a refund
