The Space:

The property consists of two separate apartments within the same building, offering a practical setup for larger groups or families traveling together.



The loft apartment is located on the second floor and offers a spacious, open-plan layout. The living area, dining space, and kitchen are combined, with natural light moving through the space and a fireplace adding comfort in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it suitable for both short and longer stays.



There are two separate bedrooms in the loft, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, while the living area includes a sofa bed for extra flexibility. The bathroom features a bathtub with a hydromassage function.



The apartment is set on the first floor and opens into a bright living area with natural light throughout the day. The layout is simple and functional, with a kitchen for everyday use and a dining area nearby. The bedroom offers a double bed, while the living area includes a sofa bed for additional guests. You have exclussive access to both apartments, each with its own entrance. Both accommodations are accessed via an external staircase.



The Neighborhood:

Leontari is part of the Pallini area in East Attica, just outside Athens. The neighborhood is residential, with houses, gardens, and quiet streets that give you a sense of space and privacy. It suits you if you want a calm base while staying close enough to reach the city, the airport, and the coast without difficulty. Everything you need is just a short walk away, from restaurants and cafés to supermarkets and local shops.



The eastern Attica coastline is within easy reach. Artemida Beach is about 15 km away, while Rafina, around 16 km away, combines beaches like Marikes with a small port town atmosphere. Further along, Porto Rafti at roughly 25 km offers spots like Erotospilia Beach, along with a mix of more organized areas and quieter coves.



The MEC exhibition center is about 2 km away, while the Metropolitan Expo, McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, and Attica Zoological Park can all be reached within a 10-15 minute drive.

A car is recommended, as it allows you to move easily between the apartment, the coast, and the city.
