Location was excellent, walking distance to everything. The neighbourhood is very safe.
The remote for the TV doesn’t work because it needs new batteries. We had to switch the batteries from the TV remote with the EON remote back and forth so we can use the TV, very inconvenient. The unit is located in the basement of the building which is noisy. You can hear the traffic outside, people walking the sidewalk and the people above dragging chairs. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the entrance to the building. We were given two keys, one for the white side door marked number 1 and the key to the apartment. However, the building entrance side door’s latch kept sticking and the door wouldn’t open. We were stranded at least 3 times outside and had to walk to the front entrance of the building and buzz people until someone opens the door. I read previous reviews about the door issue and didn’t think it would happen to us but it was so frustrating that I have to put that in here to warn others. They should fix this door OR give guests a key to the main entrance so that if the side door is stuck or doesn’t open at least the guests can still enter through the front main door.
