This place was so clean and the staff goes over and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. They are so kind and personalize all food and itineraries. The hotel room had ac and the great overhead shower.

Niko was so helpful with local information and arranging a taxi to the airport for a very early flight, he provided a take away breakfast since we missed the sit down breakfast. The room was clean with great facilities. Hotel is easy to get to from the airport by taking the metro. We would definitely stay were again in Athens

The service was lovely. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The hotel was cute and we loved the restaurant/bar area and outdoor patio. Our room was nice but it was small and had an awkward layout. Overall would recommend staying here. Great value and good hospitality.

We had an incredible stay at Project 3 Urban Chic Hotel in Kolonaki! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond—special thanks to Niki, Sotiria, Nikos, and the manager, Apostolis for making our stay so memorable. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about every detail of our experience. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and modern, striking the perfect balance between comfort and style. Every corner of the hotel reflects thoughtful design and a chic urban vibe that made us feel both relaxed and inspired. The location in Kolonaki is perfect—central yet peaceful, with great cafes, shops, and cultural spots just steps away. The only thing we wish is that the outlets were updated to include USB/USB-C ports for international travelers and easier use. That would make an already fantastic experience absolutely perfect. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Athens and would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish boutique hotel with exceptional service!
