Sea Breeze Apartment is a modern 2nd floor apartment located in one of the most beautiful suburbs of the Athenian Riviera, Vouliagmeni! The three most beautiful beaches of Athens are spread out at your feet and combined with the green landscape will offer you moments of relaxation escaping from the vibrant Athenian life!

The space
Modern decoration with an open plan living and dining room, a functional fully equipped kitchen to cover all your daily needs, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The comfortable sofa can accommodate one more guest. The large balcony creates the perfect setting for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Portable baby cot available.

The location
The apartment is located in close proximity to the beaches of Astera, Akti Vouliagmeni and Zen Beach as well as the city center with easy access to wherever you need to be. Within walking distance you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, pharmacy as well as the local stores to do your shopping.
Do not miss to visit Lake Vouliagmeni as it will offer you a unique experience of relaxation and well-being by swimming in its healing waters!
Pets - not allowed

Environmental Fees are mandatory based on the Greek government legislation and are not included in the the accommodation stay price. These fees are charged per night as follows:
2 € per night for the months of November 1st until March 31st
8 € per night for the months of April 1st until October 31st and will be collected during the duration of your stay.

Cute place

Very cute place in an awesome location. Walkable to most everything in town. Check in was easy with a lock box. We weren’t sure which apartment it was as first but figured it out on our own, this could be more clear in the future. Nice balcony and had everything we needed in apartment.
