Secluded, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, on cul de sac, walk to Memorial Park and Five Points. 2.5 miles to UGA stadium. 2.1 miles to the UGA Golf Course, driving range, and practice facilities. 3 miles to the Georgia Botanical Gardens.
The living room features 3 recliners, comfortable seating for 6, and a 75 inch Samsung Smart TV for watching movies and main event(s). The Master bedroom features a queen bed with sitting area and desk with computer monitor. Bedroom 2 features a full over full bunk bed, a wall mounted tv, and small desk.
